"This is the second time that Amtrak has broken down and couldn't get me to my destination. I don't think that I'll be traveling on Amtrak again. Customer service is good, but these computers need to be updated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm late to my appointment!!!!!!! Mane, mane!!!!! Stuck in Jackson!!!!!! Freight train had to come and push us. 4+ hours late getting into New Orleans...again!!!!"
