"This is the worst food experience I have EVER had at a Pizza Hut. I arrived at the appointed time and parked at pick up window for over 6 minutes. I was NOT acknowledged. I left and returned 20 minutes later. I was told by the person at yhe window that orders were backed up. I informed that person that if the order is not ready, then i do not want it. The person took my credit card and returned 5 minutes later. He did not open the box to allow me to check the food. I opened the boxes and was horrified. BOTH pizzas were over cooked and burned. The worker stated the is due was with the stove. Please tell me why i have to pay for and accept burned pizza because your company has a worn out stove?"
