Only one thing I would like to see is a few recliners in waiting room so you could catch a nap ,but other than that nothing to complain about"

"I'm normally happy with Empire. However, sitting on the side of the road days after leaving there is not good. The staff was nice but I don't like the fact I wasn't quoted correctly when I put my truck in the shop. I said there was smoke coming from the back of my truck. I also said my soot level was hight and my check engine lights came on. Plus my breaks was squealing and they had been recently replaced. After reading a clear report. It stated that I said my truck was smoking from the exhaust as i was riding down the road. I never said that. If that was the case, I would've came in smoking. Now I'm sitting on the side of the road trying to figure out what to do now because my truck is smoking again"
