"I worked for them for 7 months on the Express Fleet. If you decide to go to this division, pray and hope that you don't get Chris Futrell as your dispatcher. Very unprofessional. Lack of communication and just don't communicate at all. He definitely need more training or sever ties with him all together. He will cause KLLM to lose a lot of good driver's. I must say KLLM Transport is a good starter company."
"They waited until I was nearly done with orientation to inform me that my dog can't be on my truck because of his breed. Judging a dog based on appearance is no better than judging people on appearance. Drivers should be made aware of this unfair policy before background checks are even submitted. Our dogs are our family so it's definitely a deal breaker. Unfortunately I wasn't in a financial situation to walk away so I've been here for over a year now but I'm currently looking for pet friendly companies that don't judge pets by how they look. It's unfortunate because aside from that issue my experience here has been positive for the most part. Me and my dispatcher get along very well and I know they are going to be sad when I go. As will myself. But he's used to being on the truck with me and I'm told by my family that he just lays and watches the door for me to come home whenever I'm gone and I can't keep doing that to him. I miss our adventure together. Hopefully one day they will see how unfair this policy is and change it. It's the right thing to do."
"Working with Bill for over two years has been an absolute pleasure! He is consistently helpful, readily available, and incredibly efficient. Thanks to his expertise, our transactions are seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for exceptional service!"
"They look for a reason to send you home. They found an arrest not even on my record and it was a set up from the cops in LA so it was thrown out of court. I was let go for that and I didn't sit down when we were doing nothing first day second week. Wouldn't recommend this place."
"They cut my fuel card off with no explanation got it cut back 8 hours later doing a load to Maytag in Bridgeton, Missouri got rolled by EF-4 tornado South of Hayti,Mo left me stranded in Hayti because they said I didn't exist in their system and when I tried to get hotel after truck was wrecked but once again they said I didn't exist truck should've been a total loss but insurance company wanted to repair 85,000 truck for 60,000 citing trucks were to high it rained in the truck for 2 weeks and was filled with 200 or 300 field mice and rats when I went to recover my belongings . KLLM took my maintenance money and never stopped charging me for the truck payments at any point . I got calls but it was from Doug Leo and Matt Tallent wanting me to rent a truck when I was still in physical therapy I was terminated on March 11th and did not find out until mid April that I was no longer employed with KLLM and I had to call my dispatcher on his personal phone to ask him if I was still employed . I did email upper management with all of my concerns but sadly Doug Leo and Matt Tallent probably didn't think my issues were important enough to even respond. My question was if insurance paid 60,000 in damages for 85,000 Freightliner Cascadia why did you drain my maintenance account and never stop charging me weekly truck payments ....sad situation but I hope my story will help a person considering becoming a LP or future in employee to be able to see the other side of the situation because it's not all peaches and cream"
