"Why do I have to pay 50 cents for dipping sauce for onion rings??! Why would onin rings not come with at least 1 complimentary dipping sauce. Absolutely unacceptable. I do not mind paying extra for extra items but this is ridiculous."

Take it back up there and everyone acted like they didn't care ..one manager said she was the manager ..then the other manager said no she was the manager ..the other girl was not ..this place needs to get it together not the first time I have had problems !!"

"Worst Whataburger EVER!!! I've been standing in this line for over 15mins, while this guy has been talking to, and flirting with this girl, and NO ONE has even greeted me, or even tried to take my order!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE, EVER!!!"

"This is our second time visiting this location on two different vacation trips. This location had a clean lobby/ bathroom and was well stocked. Ordering our food wasn't a hassle and our food was delivered to our table quickly. One of the things that REALLY made this location stand out from others was their customer service. I witnessed a lady come back up to the register because she thought she had bought a drink and hadn't. The manager smiled, handed her a cup, and told her not to worry about it. Then he thanked her for coming. After the customer walked away I then witnessed that same manager put money, out of his own pocket, in the register to pay for that customer's beverage. THAT simple act of kindness helped to restore my faith in humanity. We will definitely make this a frequent stop during future visits!"
