"Appointment set for 2 - 4 pm. Took off work to be there. The driver called ahead (no answer because it was 1 1/2 hrs. before the appointment). and SAID they came at 12:30 and no one was home. I wondered why they would come on if there was no answer to the phone call? Cliff, Manager, argumentative - no apology. When I first called, a man answered the phone and after listening to my brief explanation, passed the phone off to a receptionist. He said to her, "It's somebody about a damn Serta mattress!" MXD schedules Statewide Transport in the Mississippi area. They were quite interested in what I had to relay to them!!"
