"I will never choose this company again. What’s the point of scheduling an “appointment” if you’re going to be almost an hour late? When I called at the time of my appointment, I was told “yeah we’ll be there in 30 minutes.” This company clearly does not value the time of their customers. All I needed was a couch moved and taken to Goodwill (5 minutes away from my home) and here I am, 40 minutes later, waiting. When customers are late, we’re charged a fee, but when the company is late, it’s because they’re “busy.” Ridiculous."

They also did things, such as removing doors and other obstacles in order to make things go smoothly."

The office staff however when scheduling dropped the ball on the date, so ihad to do stuff a day later than initially plannedand did not send the contract out till the job was half done instead of beforehand stating a 5 hour minimum that is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The movers were very friendly and professional and efficient"
