"Never received my package, kept changing the delivery date, then lied and said the post office had my package which wasn’t true. They actually stole my packages that was Christmas gifts which they probably threw away cause everything that was in the packages had someone initial on them. It’s ashamed how they steal people packages. They should have it to where they make fedex pay for every package that come up missing or away we can get the law involved cause every time I have packages come through them I never received them."

"I'm convinced two things are happening, either the drivers are quitting, getting fired in mass, or the employees are stealing packages, this is the fourth time I had an order come through one of these Mississippi facilities (this or the Olive branch facility) only for my package to get delayed, and not delivered, my order was supposed to be delivered on 6/14/22, it was delayed once it got to this facility, I was then told to wait 2-7 business days, and as I'm writing this, this is the seventh day, there has been no update to my order getting to me, I'll say it again orders meant for Memphis should be distributed from the Memphis facility, let this and the other one distribute to whoever else they deal with. Also so now if we don't have worry about FedEx employees stealing it could also be USPS employees stealing our stuff because smart post is fedex handing off our stuff to the USPS, that's....just.... great...."

"Recently had a package stolen from this location. If you are alerted as to a weather delay etc your package has been taken. The reviews are 100% correct. You will not receive your items hence forth packages. Contacted the ordered establishment. They were alerted that the package was lost in transit after showing arriving to this location 5 days prior. As hilarious as it sounds, it seems that they are taking what doesn’t belong to them. Save yourself the constant stress, worry and headache and contact the establishment in which you ordered from to reorder and/or issue you a refund. This is unethical and unprofessional, but 100% accurate. Read the Reviews! Pitiful location."

"Package has been sitting here in this location for literally 4 freaking days. I ordered items Jan 15. To have them by Feb 04 for a trip. No delivery date no movement no nothing. This is freaking ridiculous and based on the reviews you would assume they would either get rid of this place or fix the issue. Worst freaking carrier service ever. I recommend not using any online shops that use FedEx as their carrier. You’ll never see it when it’s supposed to be seen. By the way the 1 star was mandatory to leave a review. Update: After looking more into the reason why my package was delayed, I can verify that this area was in a snow storm w/black ice on the roads. I traveled to Memphis myself and passed through Southaven, this particular day I went was on Feb 04, the roads were just being cleared out and safe to drive. Package is now out for delivery as of Feb 06"
