"Do not go to Dr. Roskos. She has zero compassion & is only out to sell you the pellets (hormone therapy & supplements) which by the way are NOT FDA approved! Terribly unprofessional & poor bedside manner! Again, only out for your $$$$. Beware of this practice. I will find a Professional Physician. Also front office is less than average at best with answering phones & couldn’t even give me the portal web address. They repeatedly would send me links to reset my password but I had my password & just needed the portal web address. This practice is not connected with My Chart (Ochsner results)"

"I chose to go here in spite of the terrible reviews. I reminded myself that most people leave reviews when they are unsatisfied. That said, I have had a fabulous experience with front desk, accounting, phlebotomist, nurse and Dr. Lobello. In fact, this was the first time I ever had a Dr. speak to me in their office before proceeding with the first appointment and having a conversation and discussion in a relaxed space. Don’t feed in to all of the negative comments. Not saying they didn’t happen. Saying everyone has bad days and good days. Determine what’s best for you by making the decision yourself. Don’t know if you don’t try."

"Office manger and the lady you see when you sign in are horrible. They need to learn how to talk to people. Went to talk to the doctor for my surgery and I paid my copay what I was supposed to pay it was 75.00 more. NOW KEEP IN MIND I NEVER RECIVED ANY BILL FROM THEM. They told me this was a balance I had. I had to pay or reschedule my surgery. How sad and what kid's of business do the run a collection agency. They were just rude. I am done. I even asked the lady when they called me yesterday why did they not tell me this . Her response was I do not make the phone calls . Dr. Smith is awesome this has nothing to do with her. I am just fed up with the office staff. I will be making a formal complaint"

"I'm am not happy with how my appointments have been handled. I'm a new patient they know I've been in allot of pain twice Dr. Roskos has walked out on me without seeing me. They let you sit in the waiting room till it's your appointment time to tell you the Dr has spontaneously left. This office and Dr. Roskos does not care about your needs and well being. Will not be going back!"

"I really liked Dr. Roskos and she did a wonderful job with handling my miscarriage and the birth of my first daughter. However, I will never step foot in this office ever again. I was treated terribly in regards to a refund that was owed to me after the birth. The office manager was absolutely horrendous in every way possible. This happened in 2017 and since then, I've had a second child but did not return to this office for her services because of this experience. I absolutely love my OBGYN now and his office is a tremendous step up from this one."
