All issues I’ve had have been clearly and competently resolved. It’s definitely a very personal company with a small town vibe. I’m not a number on a chart. They know who I am when I ask a question or have a payment issue and they’ve gone over and above to accommodate."

"Yikes. Beware of the MINIMUM EARNED POLICY at TPI or Tim Parkman Insurance. Make sure you discuss with your agent fully before signing up with them because their minimum earned is really high and unreasonable. There are many other insurance companies (Liberty Mutual, Cameron, Progressive, etc.) that can do a much better job for much cheaper. It cost me over $1250 for a piece of a property I owned 10 weeks because of the minimum earned premium. I, of course, signed the paperwork based on a recommendation from my agent, which isn't TPI's issue but as I tried to resolve an issue and get more information they weren't very helpful or friendly. I didn't appreciate the attitude I got when I was trying to work out what was going on. It was said to me "that's your prerogative" - it was just kind of insensitive and I'm mentioning it because it needs to be. I will say that Jamie in the billing department was super nice and I'd deal with her again in a heart beat. I made a mistake by choosing this policy which is my fault and I guess I'm just glad that I won't have to deal with their customer service again since I will never again be using them."
