"Do not patronize this place!! I chose this dental practice because they participate with my dental plans-BCBS and United Concordia and they are close to where I live. I entered into a treatment plan and paid the total amount agreed to however, at the conclusion of my treatment I was told that I had an additional balance because my plans denied one of my treatments. Upon contacting my insurance company to inquire I was informed that the issue was that although COVERED patients are NOT eligible get the first 2 procedures that I received on the same day and that as a participating provider Turnage was fully aware of this fact and should NOT have scheduled them that way. My insurance company opened an investigation and came to an agreement with Turnage to resolve the bill. After almost a full year, Turnage is no longer abiding by the agreement and has begun billing me for the discrepancy. This was either an scheduling error or FRAUD, either way they are not taking accountability and to make it worst the office manager is very RUDE!"

"The check-in process as a new patient went very smoothly! The staff was very nice, and I had a very sweet and talkative dental hygienist (which I personally love!). They did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining what was causing my tooth pain. Dr. Turnage was very nice and explained what was going on! The whole visit was great overall and I definitely recommend this dentistry."

"Turnage Family Dentistry is such an all around wonderful business. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and there was such a short wait time. Julianna is such a great hygienist. She went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with my experience. There are no hidden cost, they let you know your fees for your follow up visits ahead of time so that you are prepared. My last dentist appointment was a while ago and in just three visits she has absolutely transformed my oral health thus far."
