"Ann visits my mother 3 times a week. They go out shopping, to eat, walking in the park. My mother enjoyed all of those activities before, but now would not do them if it wasn't for Ann. We appreciate her so much. She is priceless. Stephanie spends a day a week with my mother. She is so energetic and positive. She appreciates my mother's sense of humor, which is sometimes on the bawdy side, but she can take it. JJ sees my mother for a meal a couple of days a week. I have not met her, but I know her visits cheer up my mother and make her weekend go so much better. The office staff is proficient and available. LaToya makes sure everything is going right, and her caregivers are competent to handle whatever comes up. If one isn't available, she is handling the situation in person. All of the people who do these jobs treat our families like family. We are so fortunate to know them. Just wanted to add Loveline to the list of caregivers who have worked with my mother. She is so friendly, came with short notice and a great attitude, attention to detail, informed me of her observations. Good job."

"I have had super help, kindness, caring compassionate care givers from Home instead over the past six months that have helped me through some difficult times with my parents aging! They are always attentive, on time just all around awesome! We have one care taker that is there every time we need her, Miss Dejah (Daisy) has such a kind heart and patience with my parents! We appreciate all of you so very much! So today I need to update my last review! The word Team comes to mind or it take and army! I’m still happily using Home Instead, my parents love the company, the kindness, and all of the compassionate ladies in office and the ones visiting at their home! I had two shifts on Thursday, Mrs Cecilia working her magic was able to get mom a bath, it sure has been a chore, I’m so excited and appreciative! My afternoon shift, Miss Dejah was able to get the process complete by getting mom to wash her hair in the kitchen sink! What a Team or an army that works so well! The time Mrs Latoya offers to visit with new ladies is also a blessing to us all!
