City Heights at the Gulf

"A family member moved here in March and soon realized the air conditioning in their apartment wasn't working. They alerted management and maintenance came to the apartment a few times over the next months to attempt to solve the problem, always without success. It is now June and it has been 85+ degrees in the apartment for weeks. Management has been increasingly difficult to get ahold of and a new part for the AC unit is supposedly coming but no delivery date has been provided. I wouldn't recommend this apartment due to these maintenance issues."

"City Heights is not only a beautiful and well-maintained property on the outside, but the units are very spacious and offer all the amenities you could need at very competitive and fair prices. The staff are all very professional and do a wonderful job making it feel like a community rather than just tenants renting apartments. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a place to call home that actually feels like one."

"lived here for several years, not so good to fix your request but very good to remain you to pay the rent. Over a year and half with a leaking from the ceiling in my bedroom were I could even water my plants. There are better apt complex around for the same price. Good location but should be better. Management sucks btw."

"We moved here sight unseen from Ohio. We dealt with management by email to prepare for the move. She answered every question we had no matter how trivial. They allow you to make the apt your home with decorating and such. The apts are spacious with a lot of storage. We are very happy here. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is ample places to walk your dog as well."
