"The new property manager is horrible. I would not rent from here. I had a mouse problem in my house and I will complain to her for two months and she never did anything and then she lied on me to get me a evicted to get me out Brookstone has went down, Manager is horrible I repeat"

"They are TERRIBLE. Everyone in the front office acts like they have no clue what they are doing. They sent my deposit back through the mail and did not call me. They cancelled multiple of my appointments and got my name mixed up with someone else’s. When I had questions they could not answer them and acted oblivious. 0/10 I highly do NOT recommend living here they act like they do not care about the people who plan to live there. I’m happy I went with another option because they really showed their true colors during the application process."

"Unprofessional staff. Rude, no common sense, and ghetto assistant manager, Kaylee Magee. When asking the assistant manager why she is speaking to me like that... she stated this is how I talk. Neck rolling and an attitude when I asked for a copy of my lease and information for corporate. I informed her that she has very poor customer service skills. Contacted corporate and still no response. Lies made up by staff and an inappropriate and Unprofessional maintenance man that can threaten to evict you with lies by taking staff's side with no desire to know the truth. So even if staff disregards your personal space and approaches you in a threatening manner and makes inappropriate comments in front of your children you cannot ask the staff person to leave your home. You will get an infraction and made up rules with a threat to be kicked out. Single moms beware. Past managers did a great job but apartmentshave gone downhill. Have lived here a number of years and no disrespectful issues until new positions and new staff."

"Very nice apartments BUT the property grounds are FULL of trash as well as thieves and a lot of drugs! Its literally nothing to witness a drug deal every day in the parking lot. I visit often bc of immediate family living here & have witnessed such events. The property itself looks very inviting from the road.. but after living there, its very very sketchy!! Please be aware of what your getting into before moving into this complex!"
