"Our journey led us to this Mema style, just incase you forgot Katrina parks lodging of sorts just north of how far back was that last store we're down to half a tank. I've been in the paving bidness long enough to know that a trailer park shouldn't have an alignment shop on speed dial. I have a machine that'll scrape 25 of the speed bumps down to give us material to fix the road that is washing out and fix potholes."

"5 years ago... this wasnt the best place to live. Since then we have gone through many maintenace men. I have done my share of work here. I have seen many people come and go. Right now in mid 2020, this place is the best i have ever seen it. They have weekly lawncare service, if your house has something wrong they will come service it. Ive come to know most of everybody who lives in these homes, none of which are bad people, and we all stick together. Had a halloween party one year in the middle of the loop. We have been thinking of having more community gatherings in the future. There are speed bumps and nobody flys through it like crazy people. If you decide to move here, introduce yourself to the neighbors we are all friendly and helpful."

"The managers don't live there. They don't cut the grass like they should. Maintenance doesn't get things fixed. Rules change from one week to the next. It was supposed to be an adult living community. Not body under 45 kids running around doing knock and run. Nothing done about it."

"Not very clean. The inside of the units are in poor condition and need real repairs and have several issues that do not seemed to get fixed, or are cheaply masked. There is literally an open lagoon in the back of the park where black water from trailers flow to, that’s right a pond of feces! Sometimes it smells like raw sewage. Units have a strange mildew damp smell. Honestly should be charged significantly less for rent, considering no utilities are included. There are nicer Katrina Cottages elsewhere, for a more fair price."
