"If you like staff walking in your room while standing naked trying to get ready to leave before check out this is the place to stay. 10:35 staff took it upon themselves to use the master key and walk into my room. After getting ready and removing my belongings from the room, I went to the office to complain. The response given was “we check rooms at 10:30.” Please keep in mind check out is 11:00 NOT 10:30!!!!! They refused to refund my money. When speaking to the owner on the phone he stated that the male worker “didn’t mean” to walk into my room. The male worker didn’t knock prior to gaining entry into my room. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels, this is hands down the worse experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. From the staff to how the room was. Luckily it was just somewhere to lay my head down for the night. Definitely will NOT be staying here again."
