"Reached out to rent a commercial unit, was told by Woody minimum 1 year lease ( which was fine ) was told owner was out of town for the weekend and they would get back to me upon his return. I received a call from the owner stating he is only accepting 3 to 5 year terms. I said ok that's fine."" I'm sure we can work that out. ( Woody was the reason I said 1 year to start ) I came out and looked at the place numerous times, and they said I didn't put a deposit down. Well, it's kind of hard what Woody does not show up or is not at his office, which was right across the street. Horrible service I wouldn't buy fly sh!t from Woody. Also, another lie was from Woodys mouth. After he lost my rental was he would find me something regardless in the area... I've yet to hear back from him. Thanks for nothing."
"I called the company ReMax because I wanted to know how much some land my sister and I had purchased was worth.The agent I spoke with assured me that he would get back with me with an email the next day, it's has been over a week. I haven't heard anything from him. Your ad says the right agent for any level of service guess I wasn't connected with the right agent.."
