"After being turned down from a motel across the highway from Heritage Inn. I was so surprised and happy to meet the people that run the place. Everyone there was super nice and polite. Glad Days Inn turned us down! I'll be using Heritage Inn for future business trips to Picayune Ms."

"The night desk clerk was very friendly and was helpful in putting me in a smoking room. I was stuck because I couldn't find an Uber home so late at night. I was tired hungry and just wanted to eat and pass out. Everything I wanted was within walking distance. I was able to walk across the highway to one of the several 24 hours gas stations on the main drag. In the morning I literally walked across the parking lot and got breakfast at the Hardee's. Found a cab company to come and scoop me up and bring me home. The room was a bit dated but it was without a doubt was alright for what I paid for the night. Admittedly I was shocked at how hard the bed was the pillows were fine and I used every last one of them. Surprisingly the place was very quiet and the few people I came across were friendly and respectful. At no point did I feel unsafe or creeped out."

"I would recommend taking a detour before you step foot anywhere in this entire 10”x10” town. But if you’re ever forced to experience it there are better places. They do have smoking rooms, though. AND…the lady at the desk is super nice. (Probably the nicest lady in the town)"

"Had several problems with key to get in room. The lamps in the room are plugged in but don't work. Bed very uncomfortable. Was going to take a shower there was a cockroach in the tub. No toothpaste, one pack shampoo & little bar of soap. Ask about free breakfast that is advertised on website, was told the people that was serving just stopped showing up. Also no one at desk to check out . Recommend do not stay at this hotel ."

"We chose to stay here because it offered free breakfast from 6:00-9:00AM. At 6:30, I was told the only thing they had to offer was coffee. After pointing out that their marquee AND a sign in the lobby touted a free breakfast, they put out a few toaster waffles and packages of donuts along with one over-ripe banana and enough orange juice for a single cup. Way over priced for the kind of service you will receive."
