"Lack of communication has been interesting. I called the 1.888 number last week to inquire about touring the property and spoke with someone whom appeared to be in a call center that was very noisy I could barely hear her. She took down my info and said someone would call me or email me. I haven’t received anything and it’s been a week. That kinda left a bad taste in my mouth for future correspondence with them so I’ve moved on. No need to call me back."

"I toured there and the woman grilled me on why I have two service dogs (with documentation) and chose to argue with me about it the whole tour. For a place that is known to be "pet friendly" I didn't agree. I won't even consider this place because of that. Also, when we went to tour, the whole place was flooded other than the building itself. And the "bark park" was very very small. No room for more than one small dog to run. It also took MONTHS of no responses to emails and phone calls and just randomly showing up one day to get a tour."

"I lived here for 2 years. Had a wonderful experience. The staff were outstanding and they even helped me out when it came between a rock and a hard place. They took care about privacy and security. The maintainance staff was generally quick to respond to service calls and I never had a complaint."

"What a beautiful apartment complex! Apartments are huge with balconies. They have a big lake to fish in and even a dog park!"

"Been living here for since April and I absolutely love it here. Kept seeing the ad, went to check it out and knew immediately it was where I wanted to be. Sean the manager is absolutely fantastic! If there is any maintenance issues, they fix them usually same day. Apartments are in A1 condition. I've never had one issue here. Hands down best apartments I've ever stayed in! Middle finger to you first lake!!!!"
