Reviews of The Green Northpark
"Andrea is a true blessing! She was such a great help, thank you so much Andrea!!!!!"
"This place was absolutely spotless. I don't know who they have task with keeping this place clean. But they're doing a Fabolous job. Review based on how clean the building parking and hallways and restrooms they were all spotless and seem to somehow almost stay that way. You can tell someone who works here. Truly cares and works really hard."
"I have read the reviews on Google and other apps and can verify that whatever was in the past, was in the past. Andrea and the staff at The Green at Northpark have fixed the issues and this is one of the greatest complexes I have lived at and will renew my lease. Sure everyone has some issues but it resolving the issues that makes this a great place to live! Highly Recommend!"
"I came to Louisiana for work and I needed to find an apartment for a short term lease. After a terrible experience at another apartment complex, I came to The Green. My first interaction was with Andrea, who showed me two different apartments, processed my application immediately, and set me up with a move in date. I rented my apartment unseen, due to Hurricane Ida and my traveling for work. When I saw the apartment for the first time, I was shocked that the first floor apartments do not have the same flooring as the other apartments. I spoke with Andrea and she had me moved into another apartment within a few days. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been just as great. Andrea gets to know her residents and always stops to chat, ask about their lives, and is always happy to help. Every issue I’ve brought to her has been fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Although I was looking for a short term lease, I have been at The Green for almost a year and I’ve signed another lease until 2024. As with all apartment complexes, there are pros and cons, and sometimes those have to do with the residents. One major issue here is the trash situation, including overflowing dumpsters and trash littered about the property. Throughout the last year there have been quite a few changes and management seems to be working hard to try to solve this issue. The complex is incredibly dog friendly, which I love because I have two dogs myself, however, not every dog parent is diligent at picking up their dog’s poop. We are lucky enough to have an office area with two computers, a printer, WiFi, and a meeting area — however, over the last year, unsupervised children have trashed the area, including hacking the computers and locking management out of them. This issue was resolved quickly, but there are still ongoing issues with this. Pros include: the parking garage, which is locked and has ample space; elevators, which make it easier to carry groceries in from the car; the pool and the gym; and apartments are spacious, have ample light, lovely views (overlooking the pool, the courtyard, etc.), and a washer and dryer."
"This place honestly sucked. We had a one year lease and we hated it. We had fire alarms go off left and right and two of them at 12 and 4 o’clock in the morning. No apology from the office or anything. Day two, our bathroom tub started linking water from underneath. I’m sure it created mold underneath the tub because the tub was never ripped up. We constantly had the office coming in and out of our apartment with less then 24 hour notice. Some literally minutes. During one month it seemed like they were in and out about once a week which is a big inconvenience. They also said they would fix the cabinets and never did they are wrapped cabinets with terrible bubbling. They constantly had the pool closed during the summer. When the hurricane hit they didn’t even put up the furniture around the pool. Some of the residents went out and tried to move some. The apartments are not secure. We constantly had people in the hallways that didn’t live there and we had squatters at one point. I would find somewhere else to live. These are just a few things that bothered us."
