"DO NOT do business with these people. They expected a large amount of money from me up front to purchase a piece of property. I offered 10% and when that was agreed upon and subsequently denied I offered to put the entire purchase amount in escrow. This was again denied and they refused to respond to my repeated requests for resolution. I’ve purchased real estate in the past and knew this was a red flag. Thank God I didn’t hand over a penny to these people. In the end, all it cost me was precious weeks of my time. No educated person in their right mind would hand over thousands of dollars without a deed or title AND no legitimate real estate company would require cash up front/deny the use of escrow to protect both parties."

"I have my storage at one of the storage sites own by Court Property. It was broken into. I am 2500 miles away. I have some of my parents things in there. There staff is incompetent and extremely rude. I had the manager hang up on me when I asked about my unit. They have said nothing about how to redeem stolen property or what to do if things are missing. It is total avoidance and I am really disappointed in there staff and ability to rectify the situation."
