"Please do not move here 2nd part to my story. My apartment was flooding emergency maintenance never showed up. I called 911 and Garland police came and shut down water in entire building so our apartments would be saved from the busted pipe. I recorded myself calling rental office for them to say they were sending someone. Of course they all went home! Shout out to Garland PD officer John. He came and cut off water for us. The floors of course grow black mold because as always they wait weeks to repair."

"I am not sure where to start when I moved in I had no stove for the entire weekend. I had to call 4 days to get maintenance. That walk through list of 64 items needing correction never got repaired in my apartment. I had a service animal but got charged rent and late fees in which I had to go down to their office multiple times to corect. But what sealed the deal for me to write this review and to never renew my lease again was me calling at 5:30 to say my pipes have burst and water is running every where in my apartment. The only comment I got was poor guys have been here the last 3 days. Fixing what I am not sure but people in my building have no water or broken items. If things are broken constantly they were poorly put together. It is now 6:15pm and my apartment is flooding with no help. i drove around to rental office and they are gone for the day to their houses with working heat and non flooded apartments. Do not move here please! This is a real review. I am posting this because I am sure my response to this review will come quicker than a property manager or maintenance showing up!"
