"These are great apartments in a great area. Safe gated pool, pet friendly. All of my neighbors were friendly, never had an issue with them. Maintenance crew and the property manager are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will ALWAYS recommend it to others."

"Manager and maintenance man on site. Law enforcement within a block from apartment. Grounds are well groomed. Area is well lit. Pool is clean. Parking can be problematic when family gathering and when Parker park, next door, hosting a festival or event. But that's also the charm, to be walking distance from the heart of the town."
