"This was our first time to visit Lake Rosemound and the inn. Let me just say that it exceeded my expectations. I did not know quite what to expect, but we all had a lot of fun at the beach and riding in the canoe. As for the inn itself, you had the option to be off the grid and play board games, ping pong, billiards, etc. in addition to utilizing his chef's kitchen and eating a lot of ice cream. John was very cordial towards his guests and made a very good breakfast for us. Would definitely stay again..."
"Stayed here for our 9th wedding anniversary, perfect place for peace and quiet. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms were cozy and perfect clean. We especially enjoyed the self serve ice cream parlor. Will be returning here next year!!"
"Secluded, peaceful, happy host and good breakfast. We went just the two of us, but this would be an AMAZING multiple-family getaway. Big rooms for sitting and playing, an industrial kitchen for making your own food and a pool table."
"Fell in love with this place.. and the owner. She is a jewel. Lake Rosemound Inn is a hidden treasure. The 24hr free, open ice cream bar/room.. the HUGE jacuzzi tub in our room.. Did I mention the inn is inside a bird sanctuary? It doesn't get much better than that.. our two dogs also were very welcomed there. YUMMY breakfast! We will return!"
