I don't own a house, I don't even live in Mississippi, and everytime I block the number they CONTINUE TO CALL FROM OTHER RANDOM MISSISSIPPI NUMBERS!!! I get texts and calls all the time for almost the past year. Then I get angry when I tell them to leave me alone and the representative has the NERVE TO HANG UP ON ME?! Just leave me the hell alone. I AM NOT TARA, I DONT LIVE ON AVENUE G OR 126 WILLOW CT"

"They come to your property and take pictures then ghost you for a whole month. I think that's so that you will pass on other offers. Once they finally contact you they attempt to low ball you but if they know already you're not taking less and you're not going to be scammed by them they try and pawn you off on someone else saying they want to refer me to someone else why would I take a referral from somebody who's already given unprofessional scamming vibes do business with them at your own peril."

"I was contacted by Atlas about possibly selling my home. It wasn’t on the market and I had not even thought about selling. I put them off somewhat, for the first few calls. But they were serious about buying. I thought about it at my leisure. I gave a price I had and they met it and then some. The transaction was so easy. No running around. Went to their office on my lunch break, to sign a couple of documents, and thats it. Had my check and went back to work."

"Gave me a cash offer on my house. Sent their “inspector” in and came back with a low ball offer after a signed contract for an agreed price. Their inspector came up with possible foundation issues even after they had been told the entire house had the foundation jacked and I have a transferable warranty on that. They are a total scam to try and beat you out of your property as cheap as they can even after agreeing on a price with you. They also will not disclose the report from their “inspector” stating what issues he supposedly found, just that they could only offer 3/4 of the original offer. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK."
