The Crossings At Ridgewood Apartments

"This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The management is clueless and theives. The maintenance mens are theives as well. I had a leak under my kitchen sink for a week before they ever came. I was at work at the time I get home the leak still existed and I had several items missing. They have a serious roach infestation problem, Upon me moving in the roaches met me at the door. I talked to the office staff about getting another apt they told me it's nothing they could do but have an exterminator come out that took almost a month after finally coming out the problem got worser. They advertise gated community but the gate stayed open 24/7 . I could barely sleep at night due to all the shooting and noise. The break-ins are constant both my cars were broken into on the same night. They can't run the camera back and see who did it because the camera wasn't recording that night. I would not recommend this apt to a Fly."

"I haven't slept one night in this outdated apartment because the day I moved in (Wednesday) they decided to resurface the counters and have someone clean the carpet. The smell was so strong I could not breathe in there. And the floor is still not completely dry. I was offered a updated apartment with new appliances and the day I went to sign my lease was the day she told me that one wasn't ready. Apparently, they lack communication skills and don't know how to be professional. I hate I moved there. I will not be staying 12 months. Probably won't make it to 3 months"

"Me and my bf and son has been here since March and i have had encounters with the manager and she is very rude , they are not trained on how to handle a proper situation. I had to call corporate because i had mold in my AC Vac unit closet and they tried to brush it off and tell me i was wrong. They then moved us to another unit after i fussed and fussed because we had a long list of things that we requested to get fixed that never got looked at.. the apartment wasn’t painted the walls were yellow in some places and it was just horrible. Now the new unit is also trash the AC Keeps going out , they came to “ fix” our garbage disposal and bathroom sink and it’s still doing the same thing… by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in.."

"I just moved to these apartments and it is horrible. The apartment was not clean my air didn't work and I have had to constantly call for maintenance because water comes from the air unit kitchen sink and everywhere. I could bathe in my tub for days cause the water would take hours to let out. As of now the toilet in one of my bathrooms is about to overflow because it is backed up somewhere. They lie like they coming to fix things and they just patch it up. There are spider webs under my cabinets"

"I was happy to see how friendly the complex staff was before move in. I have been at the complex for less than a month and I write this review in dissatisfaction. The community features state that they have a gym as well as W/D hook ups. Please be advised W/D are in select units. The laundry facility that works is on a different side of a very confusing complex layout that u get no map as to how to find things. Once moved i found a clogged AC unit, burns in the carpet, and burns on the counter, a leaking sink, tub, and broken towel racks. I reported these to the front office and requested to be moved to a two bedroom , for I will pay the increase in rent. I was told that I have to live there a year before that happens, needless to say I respectfully will not be there no longer than a year. The gym has no operating equipment and full of trash and no working ac. These were the things that interested me about the complex. I understand why I never got a tour of the complex at all. I did get tour of my apartment the day of move in but Also found that my lease increases from the lease specials if pay rent after the third. This treatment is gross and I do not recommend this complex to anyone. Try other options."
