Midsouth 301

"I have live in Midsouth for 3 months, and the problem I had when I first moved in are still a problem now, every time I have spoken to management about it the maintenance guy comes out and just gives excuses nothing is fixed. I can only use 2 aisles on my stove because the other 3 cracked my guest bathroom does not have spout on the tub. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone they just give excuse after excuse"

"Office manager Corey is very unprofessional. He elevates his voice when you express your concern about something. The apartments aren’t worth it anymore, the value is going down. We can’t keep a maintenance man out here and the trash area is filthy. Why pay a fee if we can’t use the trash compactor.The young lady Makayla made an inappropriate joke about them putting people out left and right. I don’t find it funny considering the holidays are coming up and you never know what a person dealing with. People in authority should know just because you sitting behind that desk doesn’t mean you can’t be replaced."

"I’ve been in here 2 months n it’s been horrible. My cabinets are falling down im scared to put dishes in them. My master tub looks gross because of half painting. My window in my master bedroom fell out literally.(glass everywhere)(no office answer) My baby light cover fell from the ceiling while she was in her room playing(could have been bad) only have one lock on door(area is bad) if my shower too hot the paint on the walls start to bubble. The electrical wiring is horrible. Cant run more than 2 things in my kitchen at the same time. Air done been out 3 times. He wasn’t working just got fixed now everybody sick from the cold nights. I really wish I could get all my money back and go somewhere else. Since ms Kim left I can’t get anyone in the office to answer. Dead Bugs in dishwasher when I moved in. Burnt counter tops. 12somthing a month is too much to live like the projects."

"I have been working with Miss Makayla Smith-Wells; she is so helpful with everything. This is my first apartment and Miss Makayla does a really good job making sure I understand everything and just showing genuine empathy!"

"I have lived here for a year now and it is not perfect but it is a great value. I love the proximity to the highway and byram is right down the road. Rent is affordable. Units are very spacious and have a lot of desirable features such as walk in closets, in unit laundry, and an outdoor patio space. The community is quiet. I have awesome neighbors and I do like that the gates close at night and on weekends."
