"Extremely unprofessional. They attempt to have you sign a lease before providing proof of income. I have never seen that before. They have youngsters who fire weapons in the open. Good luck to you when it comes to your vehicle because if it looks decent, chances are your vehicle will be stolen or someone will break into to see what they can get out of it. Get ready for that window to be replaced. Issues with mold on the walls. You pay a fee for amenities. What amenities? No swimming pool. The opening to this apartment complex is horrible! Huge pot holes as you come in. I would not wish this place on my enemy because it is so bad! This place used to be something back in the 1980s, but that was a long time ago. Get ready to deal with a staff that thinks you really don't matter because it is all about your money. You literally get what you pay for when it comes to this place and that is the truth!"

"everything would be fine if they have night security ( 24 hours ) I witnessed my neighbor get a brick threw into their glass i also walked around the residence and seen a few busted windows even the patio doors. When will the gate start to work again and can we please get a curfew for these teenagers it’s getting bad out here unsafe for the older people and the ones with babies. this won’t do much but if it get worse then it will be a whole lot of people moving out of here. Us and the residence had conversations"
