"Horrible experience. Leah needs a major attitude adjustment. Pilger Title missed the second parcel of land for sale during our transaction (real estate agent left off contract but thankfully the appraisal person had it on their documents) Pilger was too busy pointing fingers at the real estate agent and the mortgage lender but in all honestly they were the Ines that messed up (Leah). We never got an apology. We noticed the second parcel was missing 11pm the night before our 10am closing, when our mortgage company called Leah (we were standing right there they had her on speaker) it was as if he was bothering her, she was short, rude, dismissive and not accommodating at all. She made Pilger Title look really bad. She then called us to come to our closing at 4pm, 530 and we were still waiting in the lobby. When I asked the secretary what’s going on, Leah came out with a huge attitude and said very snotty “you wanted to talk to me?” No we never said that but we do want to know on. She brushed off our question and walked away, she dismissed us and made us feel completely uncomfortable. Something clearly happened because John Pilger did our closing- Leah was hiding in the back WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. . But in the end- they still got their money, who cares about taking care of the client and being professional!"
"Why you should avoid Pilger closing company I had a simple purchase property in cash and I paid it all in a few days. After that long waiting. I had to request several times to send me my documentation what any normal closing company would send immediately after purchase. And every time was something missing. After 5 months property is not officially recorded in my name in the county. The last excuse was the mail was lost and they need to make new contract"
