"The only reason I gave a one star rating is because they don’t have a zero rating. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Because of the incompetent and uncaring staff, my husband nearly DIED at this facility . He had to be rushed to the hospital and spent four days in ICU because the nursing staff didn’t do their job. They rarely checked on him and didn’t bring him water when he asked for some. Just a horrible place and they do falsify records to."
"As a nursing home they may be fine but as a rehab unit I have to give them one star. Lots of "I don't know" and from a medical standpoint, poorly managed. My wife was here in May, 2019 for cardiac rehab. After a few days we moved her elsewhere."
"We really appreciate the care they gave to our mother during her stay. The nurses and aides went out of their way to take good care of her. The Food and Salon were also major perks to lift her spirits. They gave her “the royal treatment” and this is important because our mother deserves the best! Very happy about this!"
"My mom has not looked this good in a long time . She is HAPPY .. The staff is very friendly and professional . I just want to thank y’all for taking such wonderful care of my mom . It means the world to me that she’s happy . They are so attentive to the patients . I’m so blessed to have y’all in mom’s life . Thank y’all so much ."
"What a horrible place! Came to visit my father-in-law he was sitting in activities sleep and soaking wet! Ask the activity aide how long he been sleep...”I don’t know “... who is his aide....”I don’t know”. Another family was standing in the hallway with her family members call light on...nurse sitting at the desk and would not answer. After 10 minutes we saw her have to walk to the nursing station to get some help. My husband had to go to the nursing station as well just to get someone to come change him because he smelled awful like he had been sitting in that wet diaper for hours!!! Only one nurse, a gentleman, asked had someone come to help us. If you choose to work in health care act like you CARE!!! That’s the whole point!! I’m glad he is only here for rehabilitation because this is a sad, horrible smelling place!! I would not recommend it to anyone who has an elderly loved one! And if your resident is sitting in activities inactive notify his aide!!! Don’t just let him sit there soaking in urine!!! I wanted to give it no stars because this place does not deserve any!!!"
