"I liked the way I was worked in quickly, but I didn't like the way you have to check in, on your phone. The lady at the desk was very helpful though."

"The drs were fine at the Wiggins location but the people who handle the insurance claims don’t do there job . My wife went over two months ago and has bcbs insurance and paid her co pay the day she was seen and two months later they charged her card out of the blue for $98 without our consent. We will never go again to this place ."

"Unfortunately my experience with this Urgent Care was terrible! First, I walked in and saw nobody at the reception desk and waited several minutes before someone came out. I gave them my information and was told that I would receive a text message to complete my check-in. The receptionist disappears again and I never got a text message. When someone else walks in the receptionist reappears and I tell them that I never got a text from them the receptionist asks for all my information again and resends the check-in message. So finally I get the process completed to check-in. This could have all been accomplished with a few quick questions from a person!!! I then waited several more minutes in the lobby before I was called back. When I finally got back to the waiting room area the same receptionist took all my vitals and asked me everything. They told me the doctor would be in to see me soon. Again I waited for 20 or more minutes with NO DOCTOR. I finally opened my door and ask nicely if they forgot about me and the doctor said that I was next. I sat back down and waited 10-15 more minutes with NO DOCTOR!! Again I asked what was taking so long and she finally replied that she was coming. I told her I really needed to leave and go back to work and she said I probably shouldn’t go back to work since I tested positive for strep throat. Mind you, the office was NOT busy as far as I know because I heard no other people the whole time I was there. The only people I could hear were the doctor and receptionist/nurse talking to each other while I was waiting to be seen. I found this extremely unprofessional and hope to never have this experience again. Such a shame that an URGENT CARE took almost 2 hours to do a 15 minute test for strep throat."
