"I made contact with the office to obtain a primary care physician before Thanksgiving and was told someone would contact me within 5 business days, today 1-19-24 I went to the clinic and was told there were no openings for new patients, even though there is still a sign out front for new clients and on the website. This place is very sketchy."

"This is the second unpleasant experience I have had with this location. I Scheduled an appt for a Covid test. When I got there not only was I DENIED a test, I was also charged a fee for the visit because I was “given advice”. Apparently, they don’t do Covid retests, even if you never got the first test done there. I called and spoke with billing and the manager there Sharon/Shannon explaining I was not notified of them not doing retests otherwise I wouldn’t have came. Even though it was confirmed by their billing staff member that their frontline was not notified of that rule as well, I am stuck with a fee for their inability to relay information to their team. This location is definitely taking advantage of this pandemic, charging unnecessary fees and it’s disgusting."
