"My prescription wasn’t right. I was told that all I had to do was come in. Once there it was confirmed that my prescription was wrong, then I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment. I would understand if this was my mistake but it was the doctors. I have already took off twice and will now have to take off a third time. This is unacceptably. Not everyone has the liberty of taking off whenever to meet the needs of the doctor when the doctor is the person that read my eyes incorrectly. This should have been corrected while I was in the office Update: now I’m being told that I will have to pay $60 to see the doctor because I have a job that doesn’t allow me to make it back in to see them within the 30 days… this is ridiculous when it was there mistake"

"Generally you can get in quickly to see the dr. Had a prescription filled somewhere else after getting my eyes checked here. The manager explained to me that it can take a while for my eyes to adjust to new glasses. Okay I get that. However, these glasses make everything more blurry. Not just more rounded but a lot more blurry. After concentrating I can read through them. She insisted because I can see out of them that I will get charged to do another eye exam to make sure that part is correct. And that won’t even be done for another week."

"I have been taking my 2 children here for eye exams , glasses , etc. for the last 3 years. They do a wonderful job and when he is doing the exam he really takes the time to answer all your questions or any concerns you may have. He is very nice and does not rush. He makes you feel like you are the only concern in that moment which I very much appreciate ... once you are done with the exam, if you need glasses|contacts, there is a sweet lady to help you from there. --the one thing I would or can say is this: I would like the front ladies (front receptionists) to be a bit more personal and friendly... they are just a bit matter of fact not really a hello or goodbye or have a nice day or thank you! -- You will get the personable feeling everywhere else just wish they would consider what saying one word would do to really bring the full great experience around! *not at all speaking badly about them, just saying they are the only ones that just "seem there" ..."

"Dr. Loose did a great job explaining everything. Had some bumps filing the insurance but working through that. Following up to make sure your customer is happy is the difference from 4 to 5 stars."
