"It was total chaos in this tiny little room this morning when I went to drop my dog off to be neutered. The staff that I encountered were nice but did not organize this dropping off of animals. The girl at the front desk was new but when I came to pick my dog up she would not handle getting my dog back to me before she answered more phone calls. I had to wait through her answering the phone 4 times while she was waiting on me. I should have been in and out in just a few minutes. I would never use this vet again."
