"Those doctors are the best, most down to earth people. Not only do they listen to what you say they take in to account of what you want to do. I have nothing bad to say about them. Everyone there works as a team and they work very well together."

They are always friendly, helpful & willing to work w me to get us in as soon as possible. They also have a children’s room which was awesome when my kids were younger (we still go back there sometimes lol)"

"Joe Taylor was my doctor there. He was always very kind, listened, and he was always warm towards me. But that was the ONLY good part. I missed 4 appts in FOUR years and they banned me from the clinic. It took me a month to find a new doc who took my insurance. In all that time, I was off my meds. THEN, wait for the meds to kick in once I was able to start taking them again. Mentally, I hit rock bottom and it was horrible. I will never recommend that place to ANYONE"

"I went back to see Dr. Stephanie Bounds today after not seeing her for two years. Her staff was and still is amazing, but my experience with her was much, much different. My experience two years ago was very lovely, I felt like we communicated effectively and I was comfortable. However, when I went to visit her today, I was very uncomfortable. I went into the visit expecting the same treatment as two years ago and was instead greeted with what felt like judgement about my gap in being seen. Immediately upon sitting down I felt as if she was irritated with me, and when advocating for myself she saw it and stated that it was argumentative without a second thought. At the end of the visit, we parted ways with her saying she thinks I should find another Doctor to prescribe the medication she started me on two or three years ago. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend her to anyone that is struggling with their mental health. The disregard for patient comfortability made me want to stop going to the doctor altogether."

"Doctor Taylor and his nurse is the best and all of the staff is very nice and helpful. I have also been seen by Doctor McArthur and he was very helpful, informative, and caring just like Doctor Taylor. When calling to make an appointment they always fit you in within a few days of calling. They also accept walk-ins for new patients and emergencies."
