"I have visited this dental office three times now & I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Estep. The staff is very nice & professional, excellent dental assistants. The doctor is very knowledgeable & takes time to discuss your issues."

"When calling to make an appointment I specifically requested they check my insurance to make sure everything they do is covered. Day of appointment I remind them to make sure everything they do is covered. They assured me it all was. A few weeks later I receive a bill for denied x rays. When I called to ask why I got the bill they informed me it's because Dr. Estep needed the panoramic to see if I had cavities due to me mentioning my previous dentist said I did. They did not inform me these days were going to be put of pocket. Apparently they knew it but didn't inform me of it. Now, here I am with a bill for something I didn't request and they see nothing wrong with the way they are running their business. Highly don't recommend."
