"I went back to see Dr. Stephanie Bounds today after not seeing her for two years. My experience two years ago was very lovely, I felt like we communicated effectively and I was comfortable. However, when I went to visit her today, I was very uncomfortable. I went into the visit expecting the same treatment as two years ago and was instead greeted with what felt like judgement about my gap in being seen. Immediately upon sitting down I felt as if she was irritated with me, and when advocating for myself she saw it and stated that it was argumentative without a second thought. At the end of the visit, we parted ways with her saying she thinks I should find another Doctor to prescribe the medication she started me on two or three years ago. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend her to anyone that is struggling with their mental health. The disregard for patient comfortability made me want to stop going to the doctor altogether."
