Luci was very helpful with picking out my frames, literally I had a new frame picked out within 5 minutes, this usually takes me by myself an hour. My glasses where ready for pick up in two weeks, this is normal due to my prescription. Mike was great helping to make any adjustments to my frames and making sure they were comfortable and verifying my satisfaction with the new subscription. The eye exam was thorough and he actually took the time to explain everything."
