"I recently visited Georjana Shames for an acupuncture treatment for MS. The facility was nice and clean and the front desk assistants were helpful and polite. As I sat in the lobby waiting for my appointment time, I watched as each PT came out to get their patient and everyone was polite and friendly. I have never done acupuncture before, so I was a little hesitant. Ms. Shames made me feel comfortable and explained everything as the treatment progressed. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I came to the appointment with tightness in my side (MS hug) and pain in my hips and lower legs. After the treatment, I felt great; however, as the day progressed, the pain did gradually return. Ms. Shames did inform me this could and probably would happen since this was my first session. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the results of the treatment.
