"I would give a ZERO if I could. The office called the DAY OF my daughter’s appointment (less than 5 hours before the appointment) to let me know that someone in the office double booked. After frustratingly rescheduling the appointment twice on that phone call, I get a call back a couple hours later saying that the therapist doesn’t meet at that time. Then later on that same phone call, the lady tells me that it’s not that the therapist doesn’t take appointments at that time, but that she already has an appointment. I’m so livid with them. They act like this bc they know parents will do whatever they can to help their children, and I don’t have a lot of options for speech therapy! When I told them that I’m getting penalized for their error, she said “yes, and I’m sorry”. Don’t be sorry, FIX the error by having a therapist available when I need they have made us screw up our schedules where my husband and I had to take off work."

"I brought my daughter here and will never go here again! At her first appointment I asked the DPT if she could only see her and she said yes. Well after that first appointment my daughter saw multiple other PTA's, PT's and DPT's. My ex brought her and nobody walked her out or updated him on her progress. I tried to call and speak with any of the DPT, PT, PTA or even a tech and no one called me back during her treatment. I finally received a call back 4 months later."
