"My husband and I have both recently started using Dr. Jackson. We were sick of Oschner’s system. I’d rather build a relationship with an actual doctor who I can trust. I view my health care as a partnership between myself and my doctor. It’s nice to have found a doctor that shares that same view. I can’t build a relationship with a “brand” that just plugs and plays their doctors. Dr. Jackson’s office is a breath of fresh air. My experience with everyone at Grace Health Clinic was fantastic. The receptionist was very personable and helpful. The woman taking my vitals was pleasant and friendly. And Dr. Jackson himself has a great bedside manner. He’s knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to talk to and really listens to what you say. At no time did I feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson if you are looking for a more personalized experience for your health care."

"I was seen by Dr.. Jackson today for a earache via video. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, great communication, and listened ask I explained my symptoms. The tele visit (video) was clear and great audio. His diagnosis was accurate and he provided a good prognosis. My prescription was called in to my Pharmacy of choice and all I had to do is pick it up. Dr.Jackson gave awesome advice and advised me to come in if my symptoms worsen if needed.
