"New update on 3/15/2024 I see they responded to this Review saying that I spoke to their clinic manager which is a lie I haven’t spoken to no one, and they gave a date like I did these people are something else at this clinic… don’t waste your money or your insurance, I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone they actually locked me in their offices and went home for the day, I was in there examination room 1 waiting for the nurse to discharge me and to give me my prescription for my meds I had to call the police and everything to get out, I was locked in there for over an hour. what’s so crazy about it? Is no one has given me a call from their office location to see if I was alright or to apologize. I highly do not recommend I am currently looking into civil remedies."

"I live in the west back and I go all the way to Slidell for my assistance in Pelican urgent care the service is Exceptional, courteous, caring, very well, productive doctors, great nurses and the whole staff. might wait a little bit but be patient. It’s well worth the time that you have to spend there. Everyone is exceptional in the workforce. I would not go to any other urgent care."

"Registration was nice and very helpful. Normally Medical Assistant was in and out didn't come back. We sat the the Dr room for over an hours with No one coming back in to say how long it would be or what the wait was about. This is normally a great place to attend"

"I always go to Pelican when I can’t get into my GP. They do their best getting me in quickly, and it’s always been a positive experience. This last time was no exception. The nurses were busy with patients, and the doctor came to the waiting room to get me himself. Great teamwork!!!"
