WHEN I TRIED CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER - IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL - AND - NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. *** IN THE YEARS PAST - THE AVERAGE WAIT TIME FOR ME TO SEE HIM WAS - 3 HOURS. ** HIS BILLING CLERK FAILS TO SUBMIT CLAIMS TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR PAYMENT OR CREDIT TO MY YEARLY DEDUCTIBLE."
