"The doctors and nurses IN THE BACK are amazing and VERY pleasant and welcoming. They don't make it seem like you're bothering them at all although I know they've had a long day. !!Now that front staff on the shots sides need to be retrained, banned and fired from working in any facility that deal with people. Makes no sense. This one in particular act like we read her job description, stat care policy and all. Very rude and unpleasant EXTRA unprofessional very distasteful and does NOT represent your establishment well at all. Your back staff is on game but it's hard to delete the foolery you had to endure in the front. Watching customer after customer get the same stank treatment ESPECIALLY the elderly smh. I don't know her name but her hair is short and colored.. African American."

"This clinic does not care avout your heath ! They just want your money ! They are not interested in helping you and will not see you without money up front. The staff here is rude and sarcastic when spoken to. I have learned today tto get out of Stat Care and find a doctor that cares about my heath and welll being. I would not go to Stat Care if I was.dying !"

"I was in town visiting during the height of the pandemic. As I sat in the waiting room they had FOX news blasting. Downplaying the pandemic. Very unprofessional. Then I heard they prescribed Ivermectin for COVID. Even after it had been proven to do no good. They shut down the local theater because it interfered with their parking. But when I saw FOX blasting on the tv, if I hadn’t have been injured I would’ve walked out then. Do better Stat Care"

"I would like to tell my personal experience with Stat Care, My Husband and I called numerous times to verify that they was able to perform the OGUK ( Oil Gas United Kingdom) certification that was required for my husband to receive to continue to work overseas on oil rig. I personally spoke to 3 ladies and I faxed and emailed all information that they requested ahead of time. My husband was scheduled to go there July 30, 2019, even though it is a walk in clinic. The company gave credit card information for payment and everything. The company provided us a hotel room for the night before. My husband got to clinic at 8 am. Not one person at the clinic claim to know anything about this. ( My Husband had copies of all paperwork and communications through emails). Waited for 2 hours, filled out tones of paperwork and was called to a room to be told that they were not OGUK certified. We normally have to go to New Orleans but so pleased finally to go to McComb, MS, which we leave in MS, but it was still a 2 1/2 hour drive for us. This totally Amazes me!!! How does this happen??? You do everything you are supposed to do and get treated like this with absolutely no concern on their part!!! I guess you can’t even believe people on the phone anymore. Needless to say I am very Upset!!!"
