Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - McComb, MS

"My knee had been hurting me for over a week and finally decided to go, even though I didn't have any insurance so was going to have to pay out my pocket fully, to fast pace. Not only was the nurse/doctor or whatever she was rude as all hell, but did not give 2 craps about helping me or making me feel comfortable. Told me there was basically nothing wrong with my knee and I was making it up. Told me where my knee was hurting that there was no nerves or anything to even be able to hurt? First off, what does that even mean? She was so unprofessional and rude, yanked on my leg trying to "prove a point" that it wasn't hurting and when I showed discomfort after she started twisting and pulling my leg she told me I wasn't in pain because she could "tell". The red haired woman that works in there needs an attitude adjustment or to just not work with the public. COMPLETE waste of my time and MY money. Took $150 from me to tell me there wasn't anything wrong with my knee and didn't lift a finger to actually try and help me find something out. Scam if you ask me. Also heard her discussing patients in rude manners. Heard her in the room next to me make a comment about an older ladies teeth being "messed up"."

"They weren’t very busy. I spent extra time filling out the online registration. However, once I got in to see a doctor, things went really quick. They did not waste a lot of time. This was good because I was in our very big hurry. They picked up on that, so they rotated me in and out. I will highly recommend them for medical needs."

"Only con I have is that waiting time was quiet long, but they were short staffed and did their best to see their patients in a timely manner. They were very professional and had an awesome attitude. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with getting my insurance information. I'd highly recommend Fast Pace for non life threatening services."
