"i sincerely wish i could put lower than one star! dr. bhatti is horrible. i have been seeing her on & off for about 2 years now give or take & each time i have an appointment an issue arises. i had a surgery scheduled with her about a year ago & was informed that i would receive a call with a time to arrive at the hospital. i never received a call so we contacted the office a few days before & was told that she could not do the surgery because she was going on vacation. fast forward to scheduling another surgery for after her vacation & the same thing happens we never receive a call with details about when to arrive at the hospital. today was my last appointment with her. she informed me that she could not do my surgery at this time & that we would need to schedule another appointment for her office in columbus for 6 months from now & go from there. i drove 2 hours for an appointment that could have been handled over the phone or at her office in columbus which is less than an hour drive from me. so on top of scheduling issues, we have been driving 2 hours for a doctor that had an office close to home, which she never informed me of until today. this whole experience with dr. bhatti has been nothing but a hassle!"

I wasn’t informed they're pediatric based but the receptionist was so light and cheery with her assistance in referring me to a doc that specialize in elder care. If I ever need a doc (hopeful I don’t) for my kids I’ll give them a call...! The best service starts at the front counter & the person that answers your phone!
