"Be careful using a gift card here. I had a gift card from my kids a few yrs ago. They live in Madison, but I live a couple hrs away, so I only get to town occasionally for a day. I used my gift card and still had $40 on it. However, months later when I tried to use it again I was told the $40 was taken off for a missed appointment a few days after my original appointment. I would not have been in town and therefore would never have made another appointment so soon, especially not for another massage. The manager at the time looked into it and said he figured it out and credited it back to my account, but when I called again for an appointment, he was no longer there and the credit was not there. I've tried over a course of a couple yrs trying to get this corrected when I was in town, but it never has been and there aren't even any notes in my account now showing that I've even spoken to anyone about this when there were extensive calls and the new manager told me she was making calls and checking on it. That was last yr that I spoke with her, so I guess that is just a lesson learned...go elsewhere."

"It was ok, had an appointment at 10 for 60 minutes but wasn't taken to the back until 1016 because she said she was running late, then was finished at 1053. On top of that they missed massaging some of my body."
