"I went to Kincaid Dental Center today, 1/3/24 for the first time. It was such a beautiful office with a touch of class! I had the best experience ever at a dentist office! The greeting when I came in was so inviting and warm. The entire staff including Dr. Arrington was so amazing, friendly and professional. When I sat down in the chair I was asked if I would like to watch something on YouTube or Netflix. I chose to listen to the same soothing jazz channel on YouTube that was being played up at the front. I also got to choose from a list of comfort items to enhance my visit and I chose a warm blanket. I felt like I was at a spa! Dr. Arrington brings to you the highest level of professionalism! She walked me through all of my ex-rays on the TV screen, provided thorough details and explained all of what she would do. She also provided recommendations. They also have the latest state-of-the-art equipment and technology. I am generally not a fan of the dentist but my experience today at Kincaid changed this. Oh yes my husband and 3 teenagers also came today and had the same experience. They went for the first time last year in June, 2023. I was able to witness today what they talked about!
