I had to personally call my Blue Cross insurance and put them on speakerphone myself to explain to them their on what should have been their job . They charged me over $150 On my credit card for a visit that had no copay and was in network . The older lady on the office staff is a joke who acts likes she running the office but clearly not . However Dr.McMurray is a great rheumatologist, he just needs some new staff ."
