"Therapists are good, but their management practices are horrible. I took off a half day from work to bring my daughter to her appointment, and they would not do her session without payment up front after we had already been there three times. They hadn’t even sent the statement yet as it did not come until three days later in the mail. I did not bring my checkbook with me so we had to turn around and drive back home. And, she missed school for nothing. I will never go back to this group again. There are other options in town with good therapists to choose from."
